We all look at ourselves differently than what the world sees.  Through our self judgements I believe we hinder our progress!!

It is time we promote the "Glass half full" motto and concentrate on what we see as good.  If you feel like you have nothing good....maybe take this campaigns advice and ask a stranger to describe you....
